This agreement is made and entered into this

Between Interactive Data Solutions (Analysis IT Ltd), the “Provider” and developer of uWin Community and the entity you represent as expressed on the electronic form, the “Partner” of uWin Community.

By signing up for the Partner Program, you are agreeing to be bound by the following Partner Program Agreement (the “Agreement”). The Agreement is between you, as Partner (as defined below), and uWin.mu (“uWin”) (together, the “Parties”, and each a “Party”).

uWin reserves the right to update and change the Agreement, each updates and changes will be sent by email. You are advised to check the Agreement from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you. Any reference to the Agreement includes any and all terms and documents incorporated by reference.

Unless defined elsewhere in the Agreement, capitalized terms set out in the Agreement are defined as follows:

“Application” or “App” means the software uWin.mu and uWin.Shop applications and uWin online back office and any other software that will be implemented under the uWin platform.

“E-Coupons” means the discounted price granted by the Partner or a third party on a selected client product SKU for a limited period of time and upon availability of stock.

“Customer” means a uWin Community Members.

“Customer Data” means information (including personal information) relating to a Customer, including, but not limited to, order information, payment information, and account information.

“Flash Sales” means a sale of goods at greatly reduced prices, ranging from “less 25% to 75%” on a selected product, lasting for only a short period of time.

“Partner” means an individual or entity that has agreed to the terms of this Agreement and participates in the UWin Partner Program.

“Partner Account” means a UWin Partner Program account.

“Partner’s Uwin Manager” means the Partner’s employee designated by Partner as uWin’s primary Partner contact.

“Clients” means individual or entity who will use the uWin platform to purchase and distribute E-Coupons and E-Vouchers.

“Service” means the UWin application.

“UWin Trademarks” means the trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names of UWin Inc., whether registered or unregistered.

“E-Voucher” means credit against future purchase at the Partner’s point of sale.

“Gift Voucher” means credit purchased by customers against future purchase at the Partner’s point of sale.

“E-Commerce” means sales of Partner’s products using the uWin community framework.

“Loyalty” means Partner’s Loyalty programme using uWin community framework.

“Wins” (Rewards) will be any E-Vouchers, E-Coupons, Flash Sales, Gift Vouchers, Loyalty Points, Loyalty Gifts and Discounts that will be provided to uWin Community Members as reward.

1. General Partner’s obligation

1.1 The Partner shall provide to all uWin.mu members the followings:

Special discount can be granted to all uWin.mu users who will make a transaction in its point of sale. The discount will vary according to user’s status defined by Silver, Gold and Premium starting from 5%. This discount is non-cumulative with other uWin.mu offers, such as Flash-Sales, E-Coupons, E-Vouchers and Gift E-Vouchers.

The partner will offer a range of promotional offers to all uWin.mu users, such as Flash-Sales, E-Coupons and E-Vouchers. The Partner is free to choose the frequency and duration of the Flash Sales, the products available for such sales, and the maximum number of items available for such sales. When creating a Flash Sales, the Partner shall offer a discount of at least 25% (Unless agreed otherwise by the Provider on a case to case basis) compared to the regular price it usually offers on the selected product. The Partner shall make available to uWin.mu users the price and description of the product, and a picture of the specific product in jpeg format.

The partner can provide a free wifi access to all uWin.mu users in its point of sale. This free wifi station will be accessible with a usage limit (in minutes). The Partner may insert a welcome text, a required password, and/or a personalized message after connection (welcoming message, terms and conditions, etc.).

1.2 uWin Platform Director account - The partner will designate a Partner’s uWin Director in charge of managing the online platform for all its points of sales and create the promotional offers of discounts for any of its outlets. The Director account has the following rights on the uWin Back-office system: Create users with Managers and Cashiers rights; Add new outlet locations; Change the description and picture of your outlets; Update catalogue of products; Update loyalty Rewards; Create Vouchers; Create flash sales; Redeem any Wins.

1.3 uWin Platform Manager account - The partner may designate a Partner’s uWin Manager in charge of managing the online platform. The Manager account has the following rights on the uWin Back-office system: Change the description and picture of your outlets; Update catalogue of products; Update loyalty Rewards; Create Vouchers; Create flash sales; Redeem any Wins.

1.4 uWin Platform Cashier account - There should be at all time during the point of sales’ opening hours Either the Outlet “QR Code” clearly visible for uWin members to scan and Redeem their wins Or one tablet or mobile phone where the uWin.shop App is installed, available to key staff members and allowing them to scan through a QR code uWin.mu member identification and selected products. As soon as a staff leave his employment at the Partner, the Director has the responsibility to remove the latter from the list of users for the Partner.

1.5 E-commerce, Gift Vouchers and Loyalty programme – For all these transactions at the outlet (including virtual outlet) level, the contractual agreement and obligations will be directly between the Member and the Partner of the uWin Community. The Partner will be responsible to include its own disclaimers for these transaction within the uWin system.

2. Partner Responsibilities

2.1. Marketing Activities

Partner shall bear all costs and expenses related to Partner’s marketing or promotion of uWin.mu, unless otherwise determined by UWin.mu in its sole discretion.

In the event that Partner has a list of emails where the individuals on the list have expressly elected to receive emails from Partner (“Opt-in List”), Partner may make a written request to uWin to send emails regarding the offering of uWin.mu and uWin Related Entities to the individuals on the Opt-in List (and UWin may, in its sole discretion, allow Partner to send such emails). In conducting all Partner Marketing Activities, Partner shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and directives, including but not limited to those relating to email marketing and “spamming”.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Partner shall (i) not send any email regarding UWin and/or UWin Related Entities to any individual or entity that has not requested such information; (ii) always include Partner’s contact information and “unsubscribe” information at the top and bottom of any email regarding UWin, UWin Related Entities, the Service and/or the UWin platform; and (iii) not imply that such emails are being sent on behalf of UWin or UWin Related Entities.

A Partner shall not (i) engage in any fax, broadcast, telemarketing or any other offline marketing methods with respect to uWin ; (ii) use malware, spyware or any other aggressive advertising or marketing methods in any of its dealings relating to uWin ; (iii) make any false, misleading or disparaging representations or statements with respect to uWin ; (iv) copy, resemble or mirror the look and feel of uWin Trademarks or Services or otherwise misrepresent Partner’s affiliation with uWin ; or (v) engage in any other practices which may adversely affect the credibility or reputation of uWin, including but not limited to, sending email communications or using any Website in any manner, or having any content on any Website, that (a) uses aggressive or low-quality marketing, including marketing services that are unrelated to uWin or the Partner’s services, (b) promotes sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, and/or any illegal or objectionable activities, or (c) violates any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any third party.

2.2. Compliance with Laws

In addition to, and without limiting the provisions of this Agreement, Partner shall perform its obligations hereunder in accordance with the highest applicable industry standards and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

2.3. Partner Duty to Inform

Partner shall promptly inform uWin of any information known to Partner that could reasonably lead to a claim, demand or liability of or against uWin by any third party.

2.4. Other Partner Terms

To become a Partner, Partner must create a Partner Account by providing all information indicated as required. uWin may reject an application for a Partner Account for any reason, in its sole discretion. Partner acknowledges that uWin will use the email address provided by Partner as the primary method for communication. Partner is responsible for keeping its Partner Account password secure. uWin cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Partner’s failure to maintain the security of the Partner Account and password.

If you sign up for a Partner Account on behalf of your employer, your employer shall be deemed to be the Partner for the purpose of this Agreement, and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind your employer to this Agreement. Each Partner is responsible for assuring that its employees, agents and subcontractors comply with this Agreement.

Partner acknowledges and agrees that Partner will be responsible for the performance of all of its obligations under the Agreement, regardless of whether it sublicenses or subcontracts any such obligations to any third party, including but not limited to any affiliates or subsidiaries of Partner.

Partner acknowledges and agrees that Partner’s participation in the uWin Partner Program, including information transmitted to or stored by uWin, is governed by the uWin Privacy Policy found as attached hereunder.

Other than the limited license to use the uWin Trademarks pursuant to Section 5 of this Agreement, Partner shall not use the uWin Trademarks and/or variations or misspellings thereof in Partner’s business name, logo, branding, advertising, social media or domain name (including without limitation top-level domains, sub-domains and page URLs).

Partner shall not purchase or register search engine or other pay-per-click keywords (such as Google AdWords), trademarks or domain names that use the uWin Trademarks and/or the names or trademarks of any UWin Related Entities or any variations or misspellings thereof that may be deceptively or confusingly similar to the uWin Trademarks.

3. Fees

3.1. The uWin community Partnership is free for all partners joining before July 2020 with the following contribution to the uWin community:

Contribution of vouchers as per your partnership plan as stated on the uWin.mu website
Regular flash sales – at least one every two months
Special discount to community members on some of your product categories

Partner is not entitled to receive any fees from uWin, and is not required to pay any fees to uWin in the context of this agreement unless the partner has chosen one of the Ecommerce and gift Vouchers options The validity of this package will be until the end of June 2025. uWin will redistribute the provided E-Vouchers to uWin members, at its sole discretion.

3.2. Clients will directly pay Partners for E-Vouchers and E-Coupons that they purchase from the system. In the case of E-Coupons Clients will negotiate with Partners the handling commission or other exchange such as product gifts and discounts they will provide to the Partner.

3.3. A monthly online dashboard on the activities on the uWin platform will be provided within the uWin back office for basic management of the system.

3.4. A tailor made service can be provided according to the time allocated for the development. A quote will be sent for this additional service. Example: Specific research, additional analysis.

3.5. uWin, and its related entities may from time to time directly purchase E-Vouchers from the Partner, these will be paid fully (or at a negotiated discount rate) by these related entities. The duration of these E-Vouchers will be set to 9 months. The payment of these E-Vouchers will be done at the end of each month when same have been redeemed.

3.6. For partners that will be choosing the gift E-Vouchers sales option on the platform, an administrative fee of 0.1% up to 4.5% will be deducted from the total amount. This will depend on the administrative charges adopted by the online payment providers. The duration of such E-Vouchers shall be set to 6 months. It will be at the discretion of the partner to extend the duration of such E-Vouchers. The payment of these E-Vouchers will be done at the end of each month where same have been redeemed.

3.7. For partners that will be choosing the electronic commerce option, these transactions will be made directly to their local or international merchant account (or other payment platform) and the fee applicable will be the one that they already agreed with their online payment providers.

4. Termination

4.1. Termination

Unless otherwise specified in the Agreement, either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, following a one month notice to the other Party.

Fraudulent or other unacceptable behaviour by Partner, as determined by uWin in its sole discretion, may result in termination of the Partner Account entirely without notice to, or recourse for, Partner.

4.2. Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of this Agreement: (a) each Party shall immediately cease displaying any uWin.mu Trademarks on any Website or otherwise; and (b) all rights granted to Partner hereunder will immediately cease, including but not limited to the right of Partner to access the Partner Account

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Partner may display uWin.mu in its store and on its websites solely for the purpose of marketing and promoting the Service.

During the term of this Agreement, the Provider hereby grants to Partner a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable and non-transferable license to display the uWin Trademarks solely as necessary to perform Partner’s obligations under this Agreement. Partner acknowledges and agrees that: (a) it will use UWin’s Trademarks only as permitted hereunder; (b) it will use the uWin Trademarks in a lawful manner and in strict compliance with all format(s), guidelines, standards and other requirements prescribed by uWin in writing from time to time, including but not limited to the uWin Trademark Usage Guidelines; (c) the uWin Trademarks are and shall remain the sole property of uWin; (d) nothing in this Agreement shall confer in Partner any right of ownership in the uWin Trademarks and all use thereof by Partner shall inure to the benefit of uWin; and (e) Partner shall not, now or in the future, apply for or contest the validity of any UWin Trademarks; and (f) Partner shall not, now or in the future, apply for or use any term or mark confusingly similar to any uWin Trademarks.

6. Confidentiality

“Confidential Information” shall include, but shall not be limited to, any and all information associated with a Party’s business and not publicly known, including specific business information, technical processes and formulas, software, customer lists, prospective customer lists, names, addresses and other information regarding customers and prospective customers, business plans and marketing data, and any other confidential and proprietary information, whether or not marked as confidential or proprietary. For the avoidance of doubt, as between uWin and Partner, Customer Data is the Confidential Information of uWin.

Each Party agrees to use the other Party’s Confidential Information solely as necessary for performing its obligations under this Agreement and in accordance with any other obligations in this Agreement .

7. Disclaimer of warranty

UWin makes no warranties hereunder, and UWin expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, UWin further disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, that the Service, satisfy all of Partner’s requirements and or will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

8.1. Partner Indemnification

Partner agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless UWin and any UWin Related Entities and the directors, officers, employees, subcontractors and agents thereof (each, an “Indemnified Party”, and collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”), with respect to any claim, demand, cause of action, debt or liability, including reasonable attorneys’ fees (collectively, “claims”), to the extent that such claim is based upon or arises out of: (a) Partner’s breach of any representation, warranty, obligation or covenant under this Agreement; (b) Partner’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct; (c) Partner’s breach of any term of this Agreement.

9. General provisions

9.1. Force Majeure

If the performance of any part of this Agreement by either Party is prevented, hindered, delayed or otherwise made impracticable by force majeur events, Party will be excused from performance of duties to the extent that such event affects either Party’s ability to perform such duties. The Party prevented from performing hereunder by a force majeure event shall nevertheless use its best efforts to recommence its performance hereunder as soon as reasonably practicable and to mitigate any damages resulting from its non-performance hereunder.

9.2. Independent Contractors

The Parties to this Agreement are independent contractors. Neither Party is an agent, representative or related entity of the other Party. Neither Party shall have any right, power or authority to enter into any agreement for, or on behalf of, or incur any obligation or liability of, or otherwise bind, the other Party. This Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to create an association, agency, joint venture or partnership between the Parties or to impose any liability attributable to such a relationship upon either Party.

9.3. Non-Exclusivity

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to create, nor shall it be construed as creating, any exclusive arrangement between the Parties to this Agreement. This Agreement shall not restrict either Party from entering into similar arrangements with others, provided it does not breach its obligations under this Agreement by doing so, including without limitation, any confidentiality obligations.

9.4. Notice

Any notice, approval, request, authorization, direction or other communication under this Agreement is considered to be sent on the day it is emailed or hand delivered, 2 days after it is given to a courier, or 5 days after it is placed in the mail.

9.5. No Waiver

The failure of either Party to insist upon or enforce strict performance by the other Party of any provision of this Agreement or to exercise any right under this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of such Party’s right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance; rather, the same shall be and remain in full force and effect. Each waiver shall be set forth in a written instrument signed by the waiving Party.

9.6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, including any completed application form and all guidelines and other documents linked or otherwise incorporated or referenced herein, sets forth the entire agreement and supersedes any and all prior agreements, written or oral, of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof (including, but not limited to, any prior version of this Agreement). Neither Party shall be bound by, and each Party specifically objects to, any term, condition or other provision that is different from or in addition to the provisions of this Agreement (whether or not it would materially alter this Agreement) and which is proffered by the other Party in any correspondence or other document, unless the Party to be bound thereby specifically agrees to such provision in writing.

9.7. Assignment

Partner shall have no right to assign or otherwise transfer this Agreement, or any of its rights or obligations hereunder, to any third party without UWin’s prior written consent, to be given or withheld in UWin’s sole discretion.

9.8. Applicable Laws

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mauritius applicable therein. The parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius with respect to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

9.10. Acceptance

By marking the “I have read and agree to the Partner Program Agreement” checkbox, Partner hereby fully agrees with all terms and provisions of this Agreement, including all documents linked to herein.

9.12. Feedback

If Partner provides any feedback (including identifying potential errors and improvements) to UWin concerning the Partner Program, the UWin Appliation, or any aspects of the Service (“Feedback”), Partner hereby assigns to UWin all right, title, and interest in and to the Feedback, and UWin is free to use, reproduce, disclose, and otherwise exploit the Feedback without attribution, payment or restriction.

9.15. Industry Standards

Partner’s networks, operating system and software of its web servers, routers, databases, and computer systems must be properly configured to Internet industry standards so as to securely operate Partner’s Website, Applications and Themes, as applicable. If Partner does not completely control some aspect of the Partner System, Partner will use all influence that Partner has over the Partner System to do so. Partner must diligently correct any security deficiency, and disconnect immediately any known or suspected intrusions or intruder.

In addition, Partner: (i) shall not communicate with Customers directly or indirectly, provided however that Partner may contact Customers if the information is obtained from another source, such as from the Customers themselves; (iii) shall only store such information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Partner’s services to the Customer (iv) shall use industry standard measures to protect against unauthorized access to, disclosure or use of such information; (v) shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection and privacy of personally identifiable information in Partner’s provision of the Partner’s services; and (vi) shall notify UWin of any actual or suspected breach or compromise of the data within two (2) business days of becoming aware of such occurrence.

uWin.mu is an online data collection group focused on providing high-quality data to our clients who are mainly in the market and marketing research industries, as well as being in other business sectors. All of the data we collect via our research studies are provided to our clients in aggregate form i.e. information is provided about groups of individuals and not on an individual level. The information we collect

Your participation in any of our panels and surveys is voluntary. To become a panel member, you must fill out a registration form that gathers some personal and general consumer information about you. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree that you provide personal information to our Mauritius based company; Analysis IT Ltd, and that such information will be stored on servers owned by us and located in Mauritius. We ask for your email address so that we can send you email invitations to participate in our upcoming surveys. The other information we gather, such as your name, address, gender, birthday, household size, income, education and employment status is for matching you with the appropriate marketing research projects. Your birthday is used to automatically update your age for us to target age-related marketing groups. We ask you for this information as a means to see if you might qualify for particular projects. All email contact from UWin.mu will be sent to your primary email address that you gave to us upon registration. After registration, you may complete your profile and provide us with more personal information so that we may invite you to appropriate surveys.

In some circumstances, UWin.mu may ask you to inform us of your sensitive personal information and if required by law, we will ask you for your consent to the processing of such sensitive personal information. Examples of sensitive personal information are; your racial or ethnic origin; your political opinions; you physical or mental health or condition; and your sexual life. This information will only be shared with third parties if necessary for specific research studies and only if you have provided your prior consent to the participation in such studies. We may provide sensitive personal information about you if required by a court order to do so.

You should be aware that any personal information you choose to make public on the Application can be read, collected, or used by other users and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit or make public. In addition, we are not responsible for the content you publicly post on the site that can be found via web-based search engines. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. To request removal of your personal information from our blog or community forum, contact us at info@uWin.mu. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, (unless required by law) in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

Use of this information

The information you provide to us is processed for the purpose of building and operating a worldwide proprietary database of panelists, in order to conduct marketing and market research studies. If you are a member of the UWin.mu panel, your information is stored in our proprietary database so we may call upon it to determine which people match up with specific research studies. If we think your profile makes you a potential candidate for a study, we will email you an invitation to make you aware of this opportunity.


We do not sell or transfer the personal information collected about our panel members or the individuals that take surveys for us. Information which is personally identifiable will only be transferred with your prior permission on a case by case basis, except for the narrow exceptions specified below.

Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose your personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. We may also disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, to protect your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud or breaches of our site terms, or to respond to a government request. We may also in certain specific market research programs (and with your express prior consent) disclose your personal information to third parties for the purposes of providing such specific market research services to our clients.

From time to time, UWin.mu may use third-party software for email list management and email distribution, or may use third party list management providers to match our panel members to members of other lists or panels, or to validate the accuracy of personal information you provide. We may use third parties to provide us with their data they have previously collected about you and append this data to your demographic profile. In such cases only aggregated information based on your responses to our surveys and/or your applicable UWin.mu panel id number are transferred to these third parties so as to enable them to perform specific functions on our behalf or on our clients’ behalf. We may also share your personal information with our service providers for the purposes of administering and/or providing prizes you have won or other incentives we grant to you in return for your participation in our panels.

Our clients may combine your survey responses, demographic information, and web surfing behaviour with those of others to produce “aggregated” reports. They may also create scientific reports based upon modelled information. “Modelled information” is data developed based upon demographic and behavioural characteristics (like your gender, age, and websites visited) to predict what people with similar or matching characteristics would watch or buy. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.

We use Local Shared Objects, such as HTML5, to store content information and preferences. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our Application or to display advertising based upon your web browsing activity also use HTML5 to collect and store information. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5.

Log Files

As is true of most Applications, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. We do this to improve services we offer you, to improve analytics, marketing, and site functionality.


We partner with a third party to either display advertising on our Application or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. Digital Fingerprinting

In general, digital Fingerprinting technologies assign a unique identifier or "Machine-ID" to a user's computer to identify and track your computer. We will not use digital fingerprinting technology (the “Technology”) to collect your personal information, or track your online activities; and will not disrupt or interfere with the use or control of your computer or alter, modify or change its settings or functionality. Occasionally, in specific market research programs, we will use the Technology to assist our clients in ensuring the integrity of survey results. The Technology will analyse publicly available information and data obtained from your computer's web browser and from other publicly available data points, including the technical settings of your computer, the characteristics of your computer, and its IP Address, to create a unique identifier, which will be assigned to your computer. The unique identifier will be an alpha-numeric ID In order to assist our clients in protecting and ensuring the integrity of survey results, we may; (a) link or associate your unique identifier to you and any of your Personal Information; (b) share your unique identifier with our clients and with other sample or panel providers; and (c) receive or obtain a unique identifier linked to you from a third party, including without limitation a sample or panel provider or our client, however we will only provide such information to any third parties (including our clients) on an aggregated and anonymised basis. In addition, any unique identifier(s) received or obtained by us and linked to you will be protected in accordance with this privacy policy and if required by law, we will ask for your consent in advance.

We shall do everything we can to ensure that the Technology is safe, secure and does not cause undue privacy or data security risks and we shall use and distribute the Technology in a professional and ethical manner and in accordance with (a) this privacy policy, (b) any other statements and/or disclosures made by us to you and (c) applicable laws and market research codes of practice.

In the event that we discover or learn of any unethical conduct in connection with the use of the Technology, or that the Technology is being used in a manner that is inconsistent with the statements and/or disclosures made by us to you or is in breach of applicable laws and the market research codes of conduct, we will take immediate action to prohibit such unethical conduct and to ensure the proper administration of the Technology.

Social Media Widgets

Our Application includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button (and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site). These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Access to Your Information; Member Services Area/Update, Correct, Delete Information

Upon request, UWin.mu will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or terminate your membership by logging into your Member Account. By following the appropriate directions, your information should be automatically updated in our database. For these purposes, and if you are unable to correct your personal information yourself via the Account, you may write to us at the postal address found at the end of this Privacy Policy, or contact us by email at info@uwin.mu. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe.

If you are a panel member and terminate your membership, we will no longer use your personal information for any purposes, but in accordance with our backup procedures, we will retain your personal information until your personal information is eventually destroyed in accordance with our policies and we will continue to employ the security procedures and technologies to keep your Personal Information safe.

Opt-Out Policy

By becoming a UWin.mu panel member, you agree to receive Emails inviting you to participate in surveys that we feel may match your experiences, background and demographic statistics or information. From time to time, we will also email newsletters to you to make you aware of new features on our site. You may opt out of such emails by doing so in your Account.

Delete/Deactivate policy

If you choose to end your membership with UWin.mu or to require us to cease processing your personal information, you may automatically discontinue your membership by deleting the application. By following the appropriate directions, your record will be marked as "do not contact", and you will no longer receive communications from UWin.mu. In most cases it will take 2 to 3 days to process this change, but please allow up to two full weeks for your status to be finalised. In the meantime, you may receive emails from us. As an alternative, you may send an email directly to info@uwin.mu requesting to be removed. Email links are provided on the site so that you may contact us directly with any questions or concerns you may have. Each email we receive is read and responded to individually; please allow two to three business days for us to get back to you.

Questions or Complaints

You can direct any questions or complaints about the use or disclosure of your Personal information to our Privacy Contact. We will investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints or disputes regarding the use or disclosure of your Personal information within 45 days of receiving your complaint.

Notification of changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement on the homepage, or other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page prior to the change becoming effective.


We take stringent measures to ensure every aspect of your information is kept secure. Access to all personal information is restricted and limited to few key personnel. Our Application security is reviewed periodically and can only be accessed via our password policy. We will never ask you for financial information such your credit card details or other highly sensitive information such as your social security number to be used as part of our research.


From time to time we may offer visitors the ability to voluntarily link to other sites. UWin.mu does not review, and is not responsible for, the content or effect of the privacy policies of these sites.

Single Sign-On

You can log in to our site using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personally identifiable information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this Application to your profile page to share with others within your network.


If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. You should ensure that your friend has given his/her permission to pass his/her email address to us before doing so. We will then send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit our site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of the referral program. Your friend may contact us at info@kantartns.io to request that we remove this information from our database.

Mobile Analytics

We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our mobile application on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the mobile application.

Geo Location

We collect your location based information for the purpose of calculating user location so we can route a visitor to the correct country site. We will only share this information with our mapping provider for the sole purpose of providing you this service.

Legal disclaimer

We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to applicable law or to comply with a legal process served on our site.
